Mission
Vision
The mission of the Richard Ondeng’ Library at PAC University is to provide reference and information services, a collection of learning resources and a learning/ study environment that will support the academic programs offered and curriculum so as to facilitate the mission of the University and prepare the students for life- long learning.
To become the best information provision centre for academic and research needs. It seeks to meet this vision through its constant provision of required, relevant and timely resources and a conducive and serene learning environment for PAC University community.
