PAC University is to provide reference and information services, a collection of learning resources and a learning and study environment that will support the academic programs offered and curriculum The Library seeks to meet this vision through its constant provision of required, relevant and timely resources and a conducive and serene learning environment for the PAC University community.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"about-sec\">\r\n  <h2>About the Library<\/h2>\r\n  <p>The library is named after Richard Ondeng', an individual who has contributed a great deal to the establishment and development of the University. Our print resources are placed in open stacks for the convenience of users. The library maintains open access shelves to give enough choices to users so that they can select desired information materials. They can go directly to the stacks and look for what they require if the search results show that it is available.
